Accounts Payable Specialist
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for Accounts Payable Specialist position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities.
This position is responsible for processing and paying all company expenses as well as backing up Accounts Payable Sr. Specialist and supervisors as requested.
Job Highlights:

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Input all assigned payables on a timely basis.
- Prepare work for scanning and forward.
- Review vendor statements for dated invoices then research.
- Review past due items with the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Handle cash and misc. payment cards.
- Attend all company required meetings.
- Understanding of internal control concepts and processes to mitigate risks.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Account Payable systems.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to reconcile discrepancies.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Recent work history in the last 6 months.
- Ability to start immediately.
