Psychiatry/ Psychology practice is looking for an assistant/ receptionist to work 30-40 hours per week.
Office located in Midtown Manhattan near Grand Central, and F,M,B,D,Q,N,R,4,5,6,7 trains.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited, to scheduling appointments, eligibility verification, filing, and collecting payments.
- Prior administrative work or medical/dental office experience a plus

Requirements:

MS Word and Excel as well as Google apps

-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-Detail-oriented and able to multitask-Self-motivated, PUNCTUAL, hard-working and responsible, and HONEST.

-Professional look and pleasant personality a must!

-We welcome students and college graduates majoring in Psychology, Pre-med, BusinessMarketing, Journalism, or related disciplines
