PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Accounting Professional, you will find yourself working with a company that strives for excellence in the automotive industry. Some of your primary responsibilities

Processing Deals – Review all documents in each deal, making sure they are complete with accurate information. Send in proper paperwork for deal funding. T

Accurate Accounting – Strive for timely and accurate accounting in all aspects of posting deals, processing payoffs, and posting funding. Maintain and balance an accurate Gross Log for all retail deals.

Organizing & Filing – Maintain files of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts, and other important information related to the transfer of a deal. Maintain and review all schedules associated with all retail deals.

Communicating Effectively – Communicate efficiently with fellow administration staff, sales teams and service teams

REQUIREMENTS:

Education or experience in Accounting REQUIRED

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in using Excel spreadsheets

Deal Processing experience is a plus but not required

Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position starting at $17-$19/hour based on candidate experience. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills are a must. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
