REQUIREMENTS:

• Selling fitness memberships
• Calling leads/Texting/Emailing prospects
• In-Person Membership sales at studio site and at various events
• Merchandise sales
• Local marketing / lead generation
• Professional customer service

They must possess the following attributes to be successful:

• Ability to drive member sales at a consistently high level
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal skills

• Above average computer literacy

Must haves:

• Prior experience working for a group fitness studio or gym ( >2 years)
• Prior experience selling fitness memberships * Prior experience servicing leads.
• Prior sales experience ( >2 years)
• The ideal candidate, is a self-starter, go getter, reliable, and excited to learn, and excel!

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
