Yuejie Inc. is seeking to hire a Freight Forwarder Warehouse Supervisor at our new location in Miami, FL.

Preferable with FTZ & CFS warehouse operations experience!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate day to day operations with warehouse staff, administration departments and management

- Efficiently utilize warehouse space, overseeing all pick up and storage deliveries and ensuring that company objectives are met. Plan warehouse capacity

- Produce regular reports daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Perform metric reporting and data analysis task to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement

- Complete warehouse operations requirements by scheduling, assigning employees, and following up on work progress and results

- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Develop new strategies for safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operation flow

- Ensure safety measurements for all warehouse team members and agents

- Partner and communicate with suppliers, shippers, consignees, and customers

- Manage budget for warehouse operations

- Relationship management with other freight forwarders, air cargo carriers, and customers

Qualifications:

- Education background of supply chain management, operations logistics, business administration, or transportation

- Previous experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation related industries

- Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, business, and management principles

- Communication skills

- Strong team player

- Flexible work schedule

- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software

- Knowledge of utilization of warehouse equipment

- Language Preference: Spanish, Mandarin, and English

- Authorized to work in the US
