We are seeking a qualified Human Resources person to work collaboratively with our Windows Sales Branches in various states.

About The Position
  • Establish yourself as a resource and partner with Branch Managers at 9 branch locations
  • Manage Human Resources (HR) functions for branch personnel
  • Lead implementation of effective HR programs and processes
  • Work closely with Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Supervisors for effective HR programs
  • Full responsibility for branch payroll and payroll processes
  • Collaborate and mentor to improve recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices at branch locations
  • Communicate Company benefit plans
  • Coordinate with the Company’s main HR Department
  • Implement Company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices at branch level
  • Audit, monitor, and implement Company HR policies, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the Company at hearings
  • Maintain understanding of and ensure compliance with multiple State and Federal employment laws and Company Policy
  • General administrative responsibilities
  • Travel to branches located in predominantly Western states

Qualifications
  • 2 years HR-specific experience, or education equivalent
  • Preference given to applicants with HR related education or credentials
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
  • Proven ability to work independently, discretely, and handle confidential information
  • Experience identifying and analyzing issues, and applying appropriate decisions with minimal management intervention
  • Skill in leadership, communication, motivation, and people management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to achieve expected results
