Employee Relations
Benefit Management
FMLA/Disability
Payroll - ADP Advantage for Thermal Structures
Agency Payroll - Final Approval of billed hours
Staffing utilizing approved agencies.
Staffing for all Thermal Structures assigned positions
Work Comp. - reporting all injuries as required
Assists in weekly payroll reports.
Must understand employment laws.
Ability to speak spanish a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
