WK Industrial Services Corp. is an Industrial Machinery & Equipment Installation Contractor growing rapidly and seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Service Department.
- Are you are looking for a full-time position with the opportunity for advancement?
Your role in our team:
- Work with our recruiting team to identify and source manpower.
- Place and manage job postings as to attract qualified applicants.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Make calls out to our field employees, Site Managers, Foremen & Project Managers.
- Assist with onboarding, certifications, training links & new-hire orientation
- Provide support to out Project and Accounting Departments, as needed.
- Support our field employees with booking travel, entering expenses, time-keeping, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in sourcing candidates is preferred.
- Enjoys being on the phone and communication via email or text.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel & Teams.
- LinkedIn & other social media platforms to source potential field employees
- Pass both Drug/& Background screen(s)
