Resolving customer related software and hardware problems; diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents via trouble tickets; managing the movement and installation of IT equipment; configuring devices and software applications; providing account management, client connectivity, and client application support for various devices.

Selective Placement Factor: Experience as an IT Specialist performing phone support, desk-side technical support, and bench-top diagnosis and repair.

Pay: $81,891.00 - $106,462.00 per year
