Kimberton Rollover Req Job at Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete cycle counts on finished goods inventory and make adjustments as necessary.
- Routinely audit finished goods to ensure FIFO is being practiced, and for saleable shelf life on time sensitive product.
- Receive inbound materials into JDE/SAP, print storage unit labels when needed, file inbound paperwork and resolve receiving discrepancies.
- Complete order confirmation calls daily, verifying all pertinent customer details/requirements. Communicates any changes to traffic team immediately and updates system.
- Operate all machines, equipment, tools, and devices safely and per Standard Work Instructions, Rules, and Regulations.
- Complete 5S Assignment per expectation.
- Complete Housekeeping Assignment per expectation
- Participate in department work groups.
- Pack or repack material as directed.
- Apply required labels, stickers, markings.
Position Requirements:
- Candidate is organized, detail oriented, self-starter, data driven and possess effective problem solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and create own daily priority plan.
- Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt, overcome challenges, influence people, challenge “conventions” and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent attendance, promptness, and full concentration on task at hand while at work,
- Experience and advanced skills working with MS Office Suite is required
- Prior experience using scanning guns and ERP software (Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards)
- Candidates must have strong professional written and oral communication skills

- Possess strong Interpersonal Skills
- Continuous Improvement experience preferred
- Prior experience in a Production, Shipping/Receiving role is a plus.
