La Fonda is looking for a full-time Lead Storeroom Supervisor with focus on ordering, organizing and maintaining a stocked inventory for the food & beverage department. You must be able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting, possess in depth knowledge of wine, beer and spirits as well as be punctual and responsible.
Experience required in:
- Ordering wine, beer, spirits and NA inventory.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors and team members.
- Strong writing, emailing and excel skills.
- Creativity and problem solving.
Applicants must have previous food and beverage or hospitality experience, valid alcohol server permit in the state of NM, and be able to pass a pre-employment screening. Applicants must also be able to stand and walk for an eight hour shift, lift at least 40 lbs, be a minimum of 21 years of age and be able to effectively communicate in English with guests and coworkers.
