Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar is looking for high energy experienced line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers that can work in a high volume fast paced environment. Serving scratch made amazing food and craft cocktails. We have oppenings at all of our locations in Spokane, Wandermere( North side) , South Hill, River Park Square Mall( Downtown), and Spokane Valley.

Twigs management team, along with, skilled Chef’s believe in focusing on simple, quality ingredients to drive our menus. We offer a variety of options for all ages with cuisine that is truly hand-crafted and changes with the freshest seasonal ingredients we source locally. Elevated wine lists, local drafts and high-quality liquor complete our full-service bar where we offer award winning creations.

Line Cooks will be hired at different rates based on level of experience. For example:

Line Cook 1: Entry level cook with less than 12 months of experience. Typically will be responsible for prepping, pantry or pizza stations.

Line Cook 2: Intermediate level with 1 to 3 years of experience in full service restaurant. General knowledge of more than one station in the kitchen.

Line Cook 3: Proficient to advanced level of more than 3 years of experience. Fluent and capable in all stations of the kitchen.
