WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

The typical schedule for this contract position is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, but the hours can vary based on the needs of your clients.

As a Listing Realtor - Real Estate Agency Partner, you love that your days are actually spent selling homes. Each day, you follow up on the leads we have for you, 79% of whom are past clients. We've done a great job for them in the past, and you are happy to exceed their expectations once again. Working within a client's time frame, you add them to our queue, then stay in close contact as you see the sale through from listing to close.

At closing time, you have all the help you need from our back office, which makes you glad to have a knowledgeable, supportive team at your side. The mentorship you receive from our owner is priceless, and you appreciate the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills every day. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR LISTING REALTOR - REAL ESTATE AGENCY PARTNER?

• NC real estate broker license
• 2+ years of experience OR 12+ closed listings
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge about the RDU area, builders, and local construction variables
