Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Sign on Bonus up to $3,000

Non-Exempt - Part-Time - 20 hours week

$31/hour

Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer

Qualifications

Degree/certification in nursing or in a related health care field; training as a licensed practical nurse; prior knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment; ability to integrate recovery principals into care.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Valid Driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments as part of the initial evaluation.
• Facilitate group therapy including intensive outpatient programs, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based group therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with family members, former providers and referral sources.
• Maintain clinical charts via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards
• All documentation needs to be completed to meet organizational standards.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Personal Qualifications

Excellent inter-personal skills for potential client engagement; ability to identify possible individualized recovery supports for clients; ability to write reports; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions; ability to communicate fluently in a second language is viewed favorably; proficient with electronic medical record.
