JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Crew Worker for our Avian Business site located in Roanoke, IL. The Maintenance/Crew Worker will perform and/or assist with duties related to house recycles, minor equipment repair, flock removal.
Daily rate of $186.08 per day about 23.26hr.
Fulltime Benefits with 401k.
The Maintenance/Crew Worker* will be responsible for the following: *

• Perform house recycles including disassemble of houses and related equipment, washing, repairing, sanitizing and reassembling of houses.
• Perform minor equipment repair.
• Assist with flock removal, bird moves and bird sales.
• Perform other farm related activities.

The following are minimum requirements for the Maintenance/Crew Worker position:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) and one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

The following are Preferred Qualifications related to the Maintenance/Crew Worker* position, but are not required to be considered for this position: *

• Basic maintenance skills and experience
• Basic carpentry skills and experience
