Position Responsibilities:
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred.
Healthcare environment experience preferred.
Required Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
Training/Certifications/Licensure:
Universal CFC license preferred.
Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities.
Ensure the needs of customers are meet and adheres to STAR standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls.
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required.
- Works on construction and installation projects as required.
- Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
- Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc.
- Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed.
