Job Title: Automation Process Analyst
The role is that of an Automation Process Analyst, who is responsible for conducting process assessments from automation suitability and feasibility perspective through process walkthrough sessions & usage of process mining tools.
Key Performance Indicators \ KRAs:
- Conducting automation suitability & feasibility study on identified processes using process mining tools and/or process walkthrough sessions
- Documenting/mapping process steps in detail
- Designing future state processes
- Identifying critical dependencies for automation
- Creating implementation roadmap and high-level ROI
Qualifications
Qualification & Experience: Must Have:
- Process analysis & documentation
- Identifying automation opportunities
- Gathering requirements & testing
- RPA tools i.e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
Know How: Must Have:
- Automation solutions available in the market
- Six Sigma & Lean tools
- Task & Process Mining using UiPath & Celonis
Qualification & Experience: Desirable:
- Knowledge of Mortgage functions specifically Processing, Underwriting & Closing
- Knowledge of Healthcare Claims process
