You will …
- Design, implement and own programs to continuously improve engagement among our employees and contribute to a high-performing organization linked to our values.
- Manage a team of Engagement Specialists across the US by supporting their day-to-day and managing escalations.
- Support in the Onboarding program at the hourly and the Salaried level. Ensure that it is streamlined across all locations
- Support Distribution Centers with a headcount of up to 2,000 hourly employees;
- Assess the effectiveness of programs for continuous improvement - identify gaps in systems and processes so you may propose/build solutions to best meet our employee's diverse needs;
- Partner with Local HR and Operations leaders to ensure that engagement is meeting their needs and the needs of the business;
- Ensure streamlined engagement amongst all locations in partnership with other team members;
- Foster strong internal partnerships with teams such as; DE & I, Talent Marketing, & ERGs to ensure collaboration throughout initiatives;
- Support in the management of an Entertainment Budget of up to $500,000 in support of all locations;
- Become a key leader by driving change management, encouraging effective communication, and being a partner on the Culture and Engagement Team across the country.

- A collaborator who focuses on relationship building and working closely with other members of the engagement team and the business;
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to efficiently execute against several competing tasks and projects while also managing a team of Specialists
- Focused on effective and inclusive teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment working with a diverse set of stakeholders;
- Customer service focused - hospitality and a contagious positive attitude are key;
- Able to self-manage on a day-to-day basis based on your roles and responsibilities, but not afraid to ask questions and escalate quickly when you need assistance
At a minimum, you have...
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- 2+ years of work experience in employee engagement or similar experience
- 2+ years of direct management experience
- Proficiency with Google Apps (i.e., Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Suite, and video conferencing;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity;
- Must be able to commute to and work from a field Distribution Center location (examples: Newark, NJ, Irving, TX, Newnan, GA, Phoenix, AZ);
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the year
- Bilingual/Multilingual candidates preferred
