Summary:

Oversee all electrical test activities for the Analog Devices Federal microwave module group in the Chelmsford, MA facility. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, the Manufacturing Test Manager will lead our test technicians and support personnel to meet manufacturing quality, delivery and performance goals, working closely with development and manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise approximately twenty technicians responsible for the test, tune and troubleshoot of microwave and digital integrated assemblies and the modules and their subassemblies.
• Working with operations management and engineering monitor key measurements, set goals, and improve delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Support teams across manufacturing assembly and test in recommendation of improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing.
• Meet daily with assembly and test performance teams to support each team in setting and meeting daily goals, including issue capture, escalation and resolution.
• Submit various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management regarding delivery, quality and financial performance. Participate in weekly progress reviews.
• Working closely with Manufacturing Test Engineering, review and analyze production or tool data and recommends corrective action.
• Develop and implement cross-training plans through across product line to ensure multi-person capability on each process.
• Ensure employees maintain the certifications required to perform their assigned tasks

• Support all company EHS policies, practices, procedures, and reporting requirements, including enforcement of COVID-19 protocols.
• Approve employee timekeeping, requisitions and expenses.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience managing Manufacturing Test personnel
• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in performing test and troubleshooting of microwave electronics.
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of low volume, high complexity production a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
