This position will supervise & manage the Client Services Department and ensure timely response and satisfaction to both internal and external customers. The Manger will ensure that clients are provided exceptional service by the assigned employees, maintain a positive and proactive solution-oriented department. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the flow of communication between clients and the company is fluid. This position ensures clients receive exceptional service. This position will also perform tasks as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Previous Work Experience: Normally three to five years of previous work experience is required to meet job standards.

Education or Experience: This position must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Logistics experience preferred but not required.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency on e-mail, spreadsheet and word processing software required; must be able to view, read, and send e-mail; create, edit and print basic spreadsheets; and create, edit, and print documents.

Travel: Travel is required occasionally about 20% to 35 % of the time using a personal vehicle, or Company vehicle or other modes of transportation with general territory being covered is the United States/Canada/Mexico; mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle is provided per Company policy.
