What you will do:
As our Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineer, you will monitor the daily work of engineers and production staff who create and build the control panels that keep our business alive. This position works at our* Ashland, OH* location.
The Job:
Every day you will develop, implement, and sustain efficient manufacturing processes to manual repeatable production. You will create work instructions that will be utilized by our assemblers and technicians who build complex electrical control panels. You will specify and implement effective tools that improve processes and the quality of our product.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this role, you need to have experience with Lean Manufacturing and implementing Six Sigma methodologies. You need to have a high level of mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working hands on with manufacturing and repurposing tooling. A 4-year degree, with 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
