ABOUT THE JOB: This position requires the Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization in order to attract potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with sales to develop all literature for sales teams
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Manage, plan and participate at company events
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Collaborate with media and advertising

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Strong Knowledge in digital marketing and social media marketing
• Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
• Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
