Job Location: Salt Lake City

Core Responsibilities: You will assess and diagnose clients, developing a treatment plan addressing their unique needs. You will establish a rapport with clients by facilitating individual, group, and family therapy and attending recreational outings. Average caseloads are 12 clients! Odyssey operates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support your clinical work.

• Eligible to work in the USA
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (illegal federal drugs)

Total Compensation: $60,000 salary + $22,000 benefits = $82,000 total compensation

• Salary = $60,000
• New Therapist: Starting wage $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Fully Licensed Therapist: Starting wage $62,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Benefits Package = approximately $22,000
