ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a contract review and data clean-up project responsible for reviewing all MSAs (300+ documents) and updating records in Malbek (CLM solution) with relevant meta data, including whether or not the agreements contain any non-standard requirements with regard to the sharing or storing of PII or other data. This role does not require a J.D., but will need previous legal document review experience.
The project is expected to take approximately 4 weeks and would start ASAP.

COMP RANGE: $30-40 per hour
