Agent Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them into new business
• Respond to all leads and potential home buyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Follow up with clients weekly to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s & seller's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Work Hard Everyday
• Follow Our Proven Process & Program structure

Qualifications:

• Full-Time Availability (No Part-Time)
• High school diploma required
• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized
• Strong communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Open to being coachable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
