Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.
Job Description:
This team member will ensure the appropriate checking in and checking out of guests in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining four star/four diamond standards and the accurate completion of the night audit process. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for handling guest issues and forwarding along as needed. Working the overnight shift, this person will serve as the Manager on Duty at times.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a guest focused, responsible and detail oriented
Night Audit Agent to join the opening team of our brand-new luxury resort. Opening in the spring of 2023, Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees overnight operations of the hotel and serves as Manager on Duty at times overnight.
- Timely and accurate preparation of the Daily Report (Daily Business Summary DBS).
- Expeditious and diplomatic resolution of guest problems.
- Fully knowledgeable in all emergency procedures.
- Accurate preparation of VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists.
- Ensure proper registration of guests and credit procedures are followed.
- Distribution of all nightly reports.
- Efficient processing of guaranteed no show billings.
- Maintain current back up reports.
- Handling Express Check-Outs ensuring their completion.
- Ensuring adherence to all systems and control procedures.
- Ensuring that third shift Night Audit checklist and responsibilities are completed.
- Balancing of daily postings and revenue.
- Attain a high propensity for customer service.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous night audit experience preferred.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.
- Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
- Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time, as well as guest issues, requests and concerns.
- Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires working overnight shift.
- Computer Skills (Synergy, Opera, Alice, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office).
