Non CDL Truck Driver
We are a family owned and operated Manufacturing company that has been in business for over 50 years. We specialize in precision sheet metal fabricating and are looking for a Non CDL Truck Driver to join our team on 1st Shift, Shipping & Receiving team.
What you will be doing…..
- Deliver and pick up parts/material
- In between runs, assist in all other areas of the shipping/receiving department
- Maintain accurate daily delivery logs
- Adheres to company safety and driving procedures; follows DOT regulations
Work Environment
Fast paced and continuous work. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 1stshift hours, Monday- Friday. Flexible to work OT to start/finish scheduled routes. Casual dress code, including jeans; work shoes or boots required.
What you will need to be successful…..
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related driving experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Warehouse environment is strongly preferred
- Must have a current DOT medical card OR ability to qualify for a DOT medical card
- Must have and maintain clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Follow instructions and understand English given in both written and oral form
