They have engaged our services to identify a seasoned Oncology nurse leader for the role described below:

Position Summary

• The Nurse Manager is responsible for leadership and guidance in managing an effective nursing department in their largest cancer center facility, Mission Hope Cancer Center
• Oversee a team of approximately 30 FTE’s potentially to start
• Experience in Oncology within a clinic or cancer center, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience (let's discuss how it may not take as long as you think to obtain a CA nursing license)

• Accredited as a Comprehensive Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer, they embrace a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and offer the latest in technologies – true beam linear accelerator that delivers IMRT and IGRT, lab, pharmacy, PET/CT & CT scanners, digital mammography, breast ultrasounds and stereotactic biopsy.
• Consolidating diagnostics, treatment and award-winning physicians in a state-of-the-art facility for patients – mind, body and spirit – in a warm and healing environment.
