Full time position managing the office of a local small business
Requirements
*Solid attendance and punctuality
*Great organizational skills
*Able to create estimates and invoices using Quickbooks
*Competency in MS Office
*Occasionally accompany estimator to field
*Trustworthiness
*Estimating experience a plus
*Bi-lingual a plus
Daily responsibilities include the following
*Track customers documents
*Organize employee time cards
*Prepare estimates and invoices using Quickbooks
*Manage company phones and email professionally
*Produce basic Quickbooks report
*General office administrative tasks (mail/bills/office supplies)
