Operations Coordinator - Logistics Job at YUEJIE INC
Yuejie Inc. is seeking to hire a Freight Forwarder Operations Manager at our location in Illinois, Chicago
Preferable with CFS warehouse operations experience!

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, track, arrange imports and export shipments
- Communicate with warehouse staff in arrangement of shipment instructions
- Communicate with customer, air carriers, trucking dispatchers and brokers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
- Prepare accurate invoices
Qualifications for Logistics Coordinator
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Previous customer service experience
- Flexible work schedule
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Preferences: Chinese, English
- Authorized to work in the US
