Indigenous Landscaping has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager- Landscape Construction to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone to utilize their landscape construction management skills with a growing company.

Our ideal Operations Manager candidate:

• Has 5-10 years of landscape construction management experience
• Has experience with and an understanding of estimating and job costing; someone who is not afraid to use their mathematical savvy is necessary for this role
• Experience with LMN, Monday.com or similar software is preferred; someone who is not afraid of technology is a must!
• Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, is required
• Valid state driver’s license is required
• A CDL and/or the ability to obtain a CDL upon hire is required
• Experience reading and understanding blueprints, plans, designs, manuals, and written instructions is necessary

This is a base + commission opportunity; the minimum starting salary for this role starts at $80,000 but the starting salary for the position will be commensurate with experience. Our Operations Managers are also eligible for our benefits package, which includes PTO, as well as paid holidays and a Simple IRA with 3% match along with HSA contributions.
