Job Summary:

The Personal Insurance Operations Manager is responsible to reviewing, revising, updating, and implementing processes and procedures for the personal insurance team. Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and training personal insurance account managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and two or three years of experience in operations management. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others within the insurance department.

Primary Duties:

• Managing Personal Insurance Account Managers
• Training newly hired Personal Insurance Account Managers
• Providing ongoing training for Personal Insurance Account Managers
• Understanding current processes and procedures
• Updating efficiencies of current processes and procedures
• Implementing new/needed processes and procedures
• Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
• Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• All employees are responsible for information security, including compliance with policies and standards which protect sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous operations management experience
• Proficiency in technology to use EPIC system as required
• Focus on ethics, integrity and honesty
