Part Time Maintenance Worker Job at Coldwell Banker Surf Coast
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to help maintain and repair our mechanical and physical infrastructure. This individual should enjoy working outside and possess strong construction skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Our Maintenance Person will work directly with our Facilities Manager and may be involved in repairing sidewalks, installing signs, painting walls, planting trees, etc. The right candidate will be experienced with construction work, have an eye for detail, enjoy working outside and be able to effectively communicate with our team of employees. Employee will do basic upkeep to our HOA property, to include but not limited to cleaning bathrooms, Cabana, blowing off shuffleboard, tennis courts, and pool area each day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
