Pastry Cook Job Description
Pay: Starting at $18-20 per hour
Paid Time Off/Work-Life Balance: 3 weeks accrued after 60 days of employment

Culinary Skills Necessary
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:
- Setting up and stocking the station with all necessary supplies
- Preparing for food service
- Measuring ingredients
- Blend and prepare a variety of sweet and savory dishes
- Prepare pastries, cakes, or other desserts according to recipes
- Organize work area in an efficient manner that maximizes the use of equipment and staff time

We’re currently searching for a fast-learning, creative Pastry Cook to support our Pastry Team in all relevant tasks, from preparation to production to presentation. Plus, you’ll be training under some of the most celebrated chefs in the food world. So if you spend your time obsessing over the perfect pastry dough, we would really like to meet you.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about food and previous similar work experience
- A high school diploma or GED would be a plus
- Basic knowledgeable of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
