Payroll Administrator Job at Mid-Valley Glass & Millwork
Mid-Valley Glass & Millwork is a family owned business that has provided products and services to the residential and commercial building industry, both locally and nationally since 1973.
We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our small accounting team. This position will work with managers, employees, and Human Resources to ensure that timecards and changes are completed to process our hourly (bi-weekly) and salary (semi-Monthly) payrolls for 100+ employees. This position will also assist with inventory adjustments and AP tasks.
What we're looking for:
- Experience processing payroll (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
