Compensation: $75k – $90k
Locations: Jacksonville, FL; Arizona; Lehi, UT

Do you want to make a difference for the leader in alternative risk solutions? We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join the team at Beyond Risk. You will own the payroll process for the company and ensure each employee is compensated fairly for their great contributions to the company. You will be reporting to the Accounting Department. The company has great growth, adding 50 new employees each year across it’s 11 states. The role will be hybrid, or remote if that better serves your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize Processes (Centralized)
- Implement ADP Payroll
- Implement payroll for 200 employees in 11 different states
- Manually register with new states along with our expansion
- Software Programs: Isolved, QuickBooks, SurePayroll, and a legacy version of ADP
- Influence team in supportive and collaborative ways
Qualifications:
- Full cycle Accounting Experience preferred
- Payroll implementation experience required
- Able to work comfortably in ambitious environment
