Performance Web Marketing and Operations Manager Job at Bronson Nutritionals LLC
Bronson Laboratories is seeking an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of all the aspects of maintaining, managing, and growing sales on our corporate web store. This role will be fully responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy while maintaining desired profitability of the web operation as a separate department.
The role will specifically oversee and /or implement e-mail program, affiliate program, paid search and social media marketing, website maintenance and development of new features and functionality as needed.
Big part of the role is managing a variety of marketing and advertising resources (3rd party agencies) and be responsible for a department budget and profitability of the web operation.
This position will be part of the E-commerce Strategy team, will directly report to VP of E-commerce, and will work closely with the CEO and Head of Accounting to incorporate marketing strategies into the mid-term and long-term company goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure growth and profitability for the web operation.
- Responsible for maintaining website promotional strategy and calendar.
- Managing outside agencies and in house resources to get the job done in timely and cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for planning and executing e-mail marketing strategies.
- Understand and optimize the consumer journey on the website. Develop recommendations for site enhancements to improve the conversion on the website.
- Responsible for the budget, net profit, and P&L reports for the web department.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of Digital Marketing management experience.
- 10 years of managing in house (not agency) digital marketing department
- Familiarity with vendor and agency management.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Understanding or Shopify and Related Aps (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of all digital acquisition & retention programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently.
- Ability to work with set budget, maintain P&L reports, and be responsible for department financial results.
- Team player, willing to help wherever needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
