Responsibilities:

Support Engineer shall:

• Provide clients and technicians on-site support, assist in solving technical issues.
• Possess hands on experience in installation and programming of LenelS2, Avigilon and Brivo/Eagle Eye Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Possess hands on experience in installation and programming of Aiphone and 2N intercom systems.
• Configure equipment in house prior to field deployment.
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot series and parallel circuits, normally open/closed, supervised/unsupervised circuits.
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license. Position will require approximately 40% travel between NY and NJ job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
