Our outpatient physical therapy company seeking a Physical Therapist for at home therapy visits. Our patients are genrally verry geiriatric and can benefit from consistent therapy (at home) The ideal candidate has at least some home therapy experiance and is proficient at analyzing patients' home environments and creating effective treatment plans based on their impairments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluation
- Schedule you visits for paitent treatment.
- Be a leader in their treatment plan.: Diagnose and treat impairments to physical, sensory, and cognitive functions, muscle building and other tools to help daily living and quality of life.
- Communicate with family member or caregiver to ensure the health of their patients.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 per hour
