General Responsibilities

• Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups.
• Orders and interprets laboratory studies/examinations to determine treatment, orders medication and other forms of treatment.

Education / Experience

• Minimum Education: Credentialed/Licensed Appropriate to a Family Physician Assistant
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of clinical practice urgent care, Urgent care, occupational health or family practice experience a plus
• Licensing: Physician Assistant in State of Nebraska

Treatment involves initial assessment which can include pain management with modalities, physical therapy, NSAIDs, referral for additional testing or determining if specialized treatment referral is needed.
• Technical Skills- Ability to navigate and chart in an EHR.
