A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PIZZA MAKER / LINE COOK
As a Pizza Maker / Line Cook, you prep fresh ingredients, stretch dough, and bake made-to-order pizzas, calzones, and paninis. You carefully follow our recipes, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality. Working efficiently and accurately, you time orders in collaboration with our dining room, take-out, and delivery teams.
Safety-oriented, you use proper knife techniques and operate kitchen equipment correctly while adhering to all food production codes. Always maintaining sanitary practices, you clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances. You find great satisfaction in preparing delicious Italian food for our customers to enjoy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PIZZA MAKER / LINE COOK
- Ability to take direction and follow recipes
- Willingness to comply with food safety policies and regulations
Food service experience would be a plus, but we are willing to train you. Are you attentive to detail? Do you have a passion for the culinary arts? Can you work well in a team? If yes, you might just be perfect for this kitchen position in our restaurant!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full- or part-time culinary position works during our operating hours of 11 am – 9 pm, Sunday – Thursday and 11 am – 10 pm, Friday - Saturday. With daytime and evening shifts available, you can have the flexibility to build the work schedule that fits best with your life schedule.
