WSH Management is currently recruiting for Porter at our 190-unit new apartment community in Fairfield, near Vanden Road and One Lake Drive.

This property is currently under construction due to be complete January 2023.

Job Description

The standard responsibilities include ensuring that public spaces are clean and tidy, collecting debris and equipment and placing in an appropriate location, performing light maintenance such as changing light bulbs and spot cleaning areas as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years porter/janitorial or relevant experience.
• Hard working with the desire to obtain on the job training.
• Possess proficiency of the English language, including the ability to understand and communicate effectively with other employees, customers and vendors who only speak English as necessary to perform essential job duties.
• Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)
