Job Description
MedQuest College is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Nursing Program. This is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Nursing. The primary responsibility will be to teach Medical-Surgical courses. The typical teaching load is 40 hours per week. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program
director and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Salary Grade Information:
ADN in nursing degree REQUIRED,
Current Unencumbered license to work in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
At least two years of experience in the field of Nursing/Medical Surgical within the last five years.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, motivated, and results driven
Prior teaching experience preferred

Teaching: Documentation to show preparation and experience for teaching
License: Current Kentucky Licensure
CPR Certification: BLS American Heart ONLY
