Process Control/Sales Support - Sales Support
The Sales Support role is critical to delivering the Perfect Product to the customer. This Associate will join the Process Control / Sales Support team. The mission of Process Control / Sales Support team is to determine which product will meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner. This Associate should be highly motivated, detailed, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist Sales department to ensure the correct information is gathered to accurately identify application and customer needs
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate data analysis
• Ability to perform the task within a takt time to ensure customer service
• Define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Collaborate with other roles to understand cost of delay vs. effort
• Participate in demonstration & training of new IT functionality
• IMPROVE the Sales Support System!

Key Qualifications include:

• Analytical – Must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to generate & analyze data to aid in communication & decision making (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI, etc.).
• Communication – Possess strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately, with ability to communicate on complex and technical opportunities between IT and business teams.
• Environment – Ability to work in both a team and independent environments.
• Time management with ability to organize & prioritize multiple projects. Self-starter who is detailed and organized
