Job Duties:
- Responsible for Maintenance spare parts buying, indirect materials and supplies; the factory operations flow depends on it.
- Working very closely with multiple departments across the factory in Elverson, PA to fulfill their requirements. Some are emergency needs.
- Working closely with accounting to close invoicing issues and vendor bills.
- Purchase order Management: Entering, cancelling and releasing purchase orders to the vendor in a timely manner.
- A bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR an equivalent mix of experience and education.
- Strong detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication personality with the ability to communicate smoothly and punctually, face to face and via email.
