What you’ll be doing...

Verizon’s VBM team is evolving and maturing its Real-time Decisioning (RTD) capabilities to the next level of intelligence and sophistication while bringing innovative personalization solutions to market. This group is responsible for Verizon Wireless’ RTD loyalty and retention platform in all channels, including Customer Care, Point-of-Sale and Digital, and will guide all RTD needs for Verizon

The VBM Martech team leverages data intelligence and cross-channel tools to present the right offer, to the right customer at the right time. This results in incremental value to the business, including churn reduction and revenue generation as well as an improved customer experience, loyalty, and satisfaction. The Pricing Offer Operations Project Manager will operationalize all strategic pricing related offers and ensure they are tested, validated and launch on-time.

  • Completing end-to-end operations for all pricing offers via Catalyst.
  • Defining pricing offer compatibility rules.
  • Partnering with strategic teams to develop new offers and change existing offers.
  • Partnering with Digital to provide content and offer eligibility for a digital launch.
  • Testing and validating that offers are live prior to communications being sent.
  • Troubleshooting offer issues by leveraging different systems (SOI, ACSS, etc.).
  • Leveraging dashboards to ensure message codes are loaded.
  • Evolving the process flow to be more streamlined.
  • Brainstorming and partnering with GTS, RA Pricing Ops to define new offer types and find operational solutions to business problems.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in pricing operations.
  • Experience in Project management with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Value Based Marketing / CRM experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills with problem solving ability/experience.
  • Experience in the PegaSystems platform, Catalyst and ACSS.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative while making sound business decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000 and $219,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
