What you’ll do:
Responsibilities include leasing units, collecting, property maintenance, customer service and nominal accounting and reporting. Requirements are strong computer skills and ability to handle customers efficiently. Individuals seeking a great company with growth opportunity are encouraged to apply.

This person will be responsible for the following:

• Cleaning & Rental of storage units
• Property Maintenance
• Ability to manage the Accounts Receivable/collections process
• Deliver excellent customer service to current tenants as well as potential customers
• Keeping property very well-maintained

What you have:
Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experiences in sales, retail, and/or customer service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell to new leads Ability to perform maintenance and clean-up work
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• High school diploma required
• Clean employment background and clean driving record

MUST have reliable transportation.

Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekends & Holidays are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
