Job Description
We are GROWING and have a new position: Quality Control Associate to work in our warehouse M-F 6am to 2pm
You'll be opening packages, recording item number and serial number on RMA paperwork.
Find RMA number in Navision and verify units received match units on RMA.
Print RMA and turn it in to accounting.
Need to be able to follow up on any issues with accounting and or specialists.
Need to be able to accurately count and perform physical and cycle counts.
Count scrap and email list to accounting to transact in Navision ERP system.
Other duties as assigned.
