We are seeking a hygienist who is excited to learn new skills, who will enjoy a non-traditional hygiene practice insomuch as there will be plenty of opportunities for the RDH to be educated/cross-trained in different patient therapies including but not limited to pediatric & adult sleep, ortho, holistic/ biological dental care, soft tissue laser, LED infrared devices, and ozone therapy, Our Hygiene program includes use of phase contrast microscope. So we can provide customized perio protocol for each client instead of saying "you need to floss more". The microscope is truly a paradigm shift. A good fit for our team will be someone who is excited by opportunities to grow, someone who genuinely cares about the patient families we treat, and someone who can maintain a sense humor through it all; ***We are fluoride free, mercury free office****.
