Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will utilize therapeuticcommunication in daily practice, maintains a safe therapeutic environment, andidentifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of thepatient.
• You must demonstrate age specificknowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment andcare of patients.
• Ensuring the privacy of ourpatients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI) iscore to your role.
• You will utilize the nursingprocess for individual care to meet needs of patients and document all patientcare.
• Your role demonstrates the abilityto perform technical skills, follow procedures, and show critical thinking.
• You will provide care and coordinateparticipation that fosters the goals of the hospital's mission and visionstatement.
  

Qualificaitons:

• Graduate of an Accredited School ofNursing
• Current TN RN licensure or CurrentCompact State licensure until residency is made
• Current BLS upon hire
• ACLS required within 6 months

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
